Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Right-of-Way, and Construction phases of the Smithfield Street Reconstruction project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($9,890,000.00), an increase of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($620,000.00) from the previous resolution, reimbursable at eighty percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00), a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000.00) decrease from the previous resolution.
