Resolution further amending Resolution No. 723, effective December 27, 2022, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2023 Capital Budget and the 2023 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2023 through 2028 Capital Improvement Program,” by increasing FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS- CITY FACILITIES by thirteen thousand five hundred dollars ($13,500) to be funded by a thirteen thousand five hundred dollar ($13,500) transfer from the Council as a Body operating budget.
