Amending Resolution 7R1-d adopted on May 22, 2024, increased the not-to-exceed contract amount of the Original Resolution by One Million Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,000,000.00), resulting in a new not-to-exceed contract amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500,000.00). This Resolution will further increase the not-to-exceed contract amount of the Original Resolution by Six Million Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,000,000.00), for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,500,000.00).
