Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Program to Aid Citizens Enterprise (PACE) for technical assistance services to nonprofits awarded Neighborhood Economic Development (NED) grants in need of capacity building for a sum not to exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.
