Resolution authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Atty. Robert J. Ridge, Partner of Clark Hill Thorp Reed, LLC, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000).
