Resolution amending Resolution No. 88 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement with Bromberg & Associates LLC for effective communication services for City meetings and events, by exercising the contract option to extend the term for 1 year, adding the City Clerk as a signatory, and increasing the total spend by $150,000.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $478,976.00.
