Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned property in the 24th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 47-M, Lot 214 (1815 Rialto Street - Council District No. 1), at no cost to the City.
