Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned properties in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 19-C, Lots 184 and 213; Block 20-L, Lot 250; Block 20-M, Lots 195, 203, and 228; Block 20-R, Lot 17; and Block 42-P, Lot 7 (211 and 911 Amherst Street, 1042 Lakewood Street, 304 and 320 Lorenz Avenue, 1021 Rue Grande Vue Street, 1012 Chartiers Avenue, and 1017 Fairdale Street - Council District No. 2), at no cost to the City.
