Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned property in the 23rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 24-F, Lot 102 (Chestnut Street - Council District No. 1), at no cost to the City.
