Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned property in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 20-A, Lot 106 (1461 Chartiers Avenue - Council District No. 2), at no cost to the City.
