Resolution amending Resolution No. 714 of 2023, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services relating to the program design, and application development of the City’s HOME-ARP application” so as to allocate an additional Twenty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($29,000.00) to Urban Design Ventures, LLC for a total not to exceed of Fifty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($57,600.00) and authorize a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.
