Resolution amending Resolution 838 of 2023 which provided for an Agreement or Agreements with MS Consultants, Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering Phase for the California Avenue Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Eight Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and One Cent ($844,796.01), reimbursable at 100%. This amendment adjusts only the accounts authorized to enter into this contract, at no additional cost to the city.
