Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Maiello, Brungo & Maiello, LLP to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations over two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) one-year terms at a cost not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($125,000.00).
