Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into Sponsorship Agreements for the City of Pittsburgh Independence Day Festival (the “Festival”). The Sponsorship Terms will provide a total value of $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents).
