Resolution further amending Resolution No. 976, effective January 1, 1996, as amended entitled "Adopting and Approving the 1996 Capital Budget and the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 1996 through 2001 Capital Improvement Program" by creating a new line item, Highland Park Farm House $12,000 and by decreasing the City Clerk's Office Modernization Project Grant #2271000 by $12,000.
