Resolution amending Resolution 650 of 2023, which provided for an Agreement or Agreements with CSX Transportation for costs associated with the Construction for the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars ($439,223.00), federally reimbursable at 100%.
