Resolution amending Resolution No. 935 of 2021, effective December 30, 2021, entitled, “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh to document local cooperation and the Housing Authority’s agreement to make payments in lieu of taxes for the Manchester Redevelopment housing development” by authorizing future amendments to be made to the original cooperation agreement at no cost to the city.
