Resolution amending Resolution 277, effective June 26, 2020, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Pashek + MTR, for professional landscape architectural services for Arsenal Park Phase I Design, to change the fund sources in the contract. The net change of the amendment is decreasing the total not-to-exceed amount by Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Two Dollars and no cents ($2,862.00) from Five Hundred Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Four Dollars ($544,174.00) to Five Hundred Forty-One Thousand Three Hundred Twelve Dollars and no cents ($541,312.00).
