Resolution amending Resolution 872 of 2021, which authorized the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements for the continued implementation of the City’s Spay and Neuter Program, by increasing the approved amount by $70,000, for an amended total cost not-to-exceed TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($210,000) over three years.
