Resolution amending Resolution 651 of 2023, providing which provided for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Charles Anderson Memorial Bridge project where PWSA would be responsible for paying 100% of the actual expenses involved in certain work to be described in the Agreement(s), at an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500.00) and further amending Resolution No. 723 of 2022, effective December 27, 2022, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2023 Capital Budget, the 2023 Community Development Program, and the 2023 through 2028 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing CHARLES ANDERSON BRIDGE (TIP) by Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500.00).
