Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned properties in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 125-M, Lot 184, and Block 174-J, Lot 28 (0 Kelly Street - Council District No. 9), at no cost to the City.
