Resolution authorizing The Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned properties in the 10th and 11th Wards of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 50-E, Lots 80 and 83; Block 50-F, Lot 101; Block 50-G, Lot 242; Block 50-H, Lot 59; Block 50-L, Lots 145 and 325-A; and Block 50-M, Lot 305 (0 Kincaid Street, 0 Kincaid Street, 4938 Rosetta Street, 0 Hillcrest Street, 318 N Graham Street, 0 Broad Street, 5205 Gem Way, and 5466 Broad Street - Council District No. 9), at no cost to the City.
