Resolution amending Resolution 696-2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to extend the sublease agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) for City Office space at 100 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for a twenty-two (22) month period effective on or about September 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2025, at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred and Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($316,250.00).
