Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of PowerDMS, Inc., for the use of the PowerDMS online policy and training management tool for the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections, at a cost not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS AND FORTY-FOUR ($5,203.44) payable over one year.
