Resolution amending Resolution 703 of 2023 effective 10/31/2023 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Phillips LLP for legal services in connection with collective bargaining, by increasing the approved amount by EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($85,000.00) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($385,000.00) over three years.
