Resolution amending Resolution 464 of 2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to execute an agreement(s) with the Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) in order to continue providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for City residents by extending PRC’s services for an additional one (1) year and increasing the authorized spend by One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00) for a new total amount not to exceed of Three Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($310,000.00).
