Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for airspace leasing, ownership, and maintenance obligations of a bicycle facility on East Ohio Street between Madison Avenue and Chestnut Street. This resolution serves to authorize only the Agreement or Agreements, at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
