Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Starfire Corporation, for the display of a fireworks show in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh’s Independence Day Festival for a three-year term at a total amount not to exceed of Two Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($252,200.00.)
