Resolution amending Resolution 309 of 2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Commission on Human Relations to expand the agreement with Keen360 to include two additional software licenses yearly, by increasing the approved amount by Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars and Ninety-Seven Cents ($5,924.97) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed Fifty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($59,865.72) over Five (5) years.
