Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, to set forth financial obligations and maintenance responsibilities for the pedestrian facilities with PennDOT for local costs associated with work to be done on SR0400 (Centre Avenue) and A54 ADA Ramps constructed and inspected by PennDOT and further providing for reimbursement to PennDOT of the estimated costs not to exceed Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars ($11,552.00).
