Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($315,000) to support police recruitment efforts.
