Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Green Gears for waste management services in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh’s Independence Day Festival at an amount not to exceed TWENTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($22,300.00).
