NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Dick Skrinjar for his service to older Americans during Older Americans Month; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, May 1 through 31, 2024 to be “Older Americans Month” in the City of Pittsburgh.
