Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into financial Sponsorship Agreements with PNC Bank, Clearview Federal Credit Union, and Citizens Bank for the 2024 City of Pittsburgh Independence Day Festival and Citiparks Summer Concert Series at no cost to the City.
