(“ELDI”) for consideration set forth herein, relating to the full and final settlement of cases filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at C.S. 21-000043, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 52, 60, 61, 62, 65, 67, 68, and 90, at no cost to the City.
