Resolution further amending Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2003 Capital Budget and the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2003 through 2008 Capital Improvement Program,” by increasing the line item entitled “Highland Park Entrance & Fountain Restoration” by an amount of $26,137.79.
