Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (“PWSA”) for the purpose of rehabilitating the sewer system at the City’s Frick Park, underneath the Fern Hollow Bridge, at no cost to the City.
