Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and/or Lease or Leases with Three Rivers Waterkeeper (“3RWK”) for stewardship of the Island Marina by 3RWK at an annual fee of One Dollar ($1.00), for a period of Five (5) years, with a Five (5) year option to renew.
