Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Water to allow Pittsburgh Water access to City property in South Side Park in order to maintain the stormwater r-tanks in the park for Phase One (1) of the City’s South Side Park project, at no cost to the City.
