Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Information Age Technologies, Inc, for the CoPilot Annual Subscription Fee for the Healthy Active Living Senior Centers’ Software Subscription, used for data collection and the reporting of services to Allegheny County Department of Human Services Area Agency on Aging as mandated by the City’s contract with Allegheny County, for a three year term. The total amount for 2024 will be at a cost not to exceed TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($21,000.00), with future annual amounts to be negotiated on an as-needed basis.
