Resolution providing for an Agreement(s) with Just Mediation Pittsburgh to provide information about the Commission on Human Relations’ work and fair housing laws to the landlords and tenants they see for mediation at a cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) initially and the option to renew for one additional year with a maximum total not-to-exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over Two (2) years.
