Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania (“ASWP”), for the purpose of funding South Side Park projects administered by the Friends of South Side Park at no cost to the City.
