Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-Of-Way, and partial Construction phases of the Allegheny River Green Boulevard Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00), reimbursable at 80%; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).
