Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, a lease agreement or agreements with Risa Cafe to utilize a portion of the first floor of the City of Pittsburgh building located at 1555 Broadway Avenue, #102, to operate a commercial coffee shop at no cost to the City.
