Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (“PWSA”) for the purpose of replacing the sewer system at Magee Field in the City’s Greenfield Park upon DPW Forestry Division’s review and permit issuance, if applicable, prior to commencing this project, at no cost to the City.
