Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled "Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program" by reducing HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE by Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($915,347.64), increasing TENANT ASSISTANCE by Seven Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and Sixty-One Cents ($771,973.61), and by increasing URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PERSONNEL by One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Three Cents ($143,374.03).
