Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program; approving the 2017 through 2022 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing BIRMINGHAM FOUNDATION by thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) and SHERADEN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH by five hundred dollars ($500.00) and increasing ELLIOTT WEST END ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION by five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) and THE OPEN DOOR by eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500.00), and authorize subsequent agreements.
