Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Consent and Order Agreement and Amendments with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”), as decreed by the Commonwealth for the City of Pittsburgh to execute corrective action in solid waste management, and providing payment of civil penalties at a City cost not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00) over one (1) year.
