Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a utility easement agreement or agreements with Duquesne Light Company to install, use, own, operate, maintain, repair, renew, and finally remove five poles and one anchor to pole located on City-owned property (Lot and Block No. 119-B-300) at no cost to the City.
