Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with FMD Architecture, LLC, DBA Shelter Planners of America, to conduct a study of the feasibility of the City owning and operating its own animal shelter, at a total cost not to exceed FORTY-NINE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($49,400.00) over one year.
